Project "Employment Plus"

Project Title

Erasmus Employment Plus: How to strengthen the low and low-skilled through educational and vocational guidance in the labour market

Abstract

The aim of Erasmus Employment Plus (EEP) is to develop a work-based learning programme for counsellors, as they are a crucial link between low-skilled people and the labour market.

Under the leadership of the non-profit association 15billionebp, organisations from six EU countries (Great Britain, Austria, the Netherlands, Bulgaria, Spain and Poland) will work over the next 3 years on the development of new methods, techniques and resources to make vocational guidance fit for the future to support low-skilled adults in the labour market.

The focus will be on developing a new and innovative learning content for guidance counsellors to support the specific needs of low-skilled people who face significant obstacles to sustainable labour market participation. This will facilitate mutual learning and exchange of good practice between guidance counsellors from different sectors and organisations.
